The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel had good wi-fi. the location was great, with a subway station within walking distance. Just an ordinary hotel, but the employees were nice and the wi-fi was solid. It's in a fantastic location, close to a subway stop that you can walk to. Overall, a positive experience and a good spot to stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. the secure door lock gave us peace of mind during our stay.
The difficulty in communication due to limited English proficiency of the staff. there was no clear information given about the need to specify arrival times, as there was no front desk or concierge.

I loved how conveniently close the hotel was to the famous shopping street Via Nazionale. It was only a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a shopaholic like me!
The beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning. Such a shame, I really needed to explore the city!

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The property was conveniently located near Termini station, making it easy to access bus, metro, and train transportation. The building and surroundings were beautiful, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. The key safe and fridge in the room were convenient amenities. We also appreciated the soundproof windows and secure door. Although we didn't try the breakfast voucher, the option was available. The strong shower and cold air-conditioning added to our comfort. Despite not being located on the main street, the hotel was still easily accessible to mini shops and restaurants. The smart TV was a nice bonus. Additionally, the hostess was easy to communicate with and accommodated us when our flight was cancelled. we would highly recommend this hotel.
The only minor drawbacks were the slight noise from neighboring apartments and the corridor, as well as the small size of the fridge in the room. However, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Mind-blowing location just a three-minute walk from the train station. The second floor B&B has clean and comfortable rooms with perfectly-sized bathrooms. Super cozy with A/C and a little fridge in the room. Jaw-dropping lobby with complimentary coffee and yummy treats. The owner is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The street may be busy, but once the windows are closed, there's no noise. The air conditioning is fabulous and the breakfast in a lovely Italian cafe is a delight. The host is super accommodating, offering a late check-out for our family. Elena, the host, is very responsive and even provided biscuits, tea, and coffee in the common area. Everything was spotlessly clean, just like the pictures. The apartment is in a nice location and the host is really friendly. Free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle are provided. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. Thank you for an amazing stay!
